Active Projects
Tregaskis St., Vallejo CA
This Project is for an investor who wanted us to locate and
build on a single in-fill lot in the Solano County area. We
found him this little 25' x' 100' lot in Vallejo that was left
unbuilt for 50yrs. due to it's size. We designed a nice solution
that included a 1150sq. ft., two story 3/2 home with a one car
garage. This home is completed!
Rio Del Mar, American Canyon CA
This group of investors each wanted to build a home, but could
not find a property that was in their price range and area of
interest. We assited them in purchasing the land from another
client of ours who built two homes and sold both the homes and
the remaining land to acquire another property we are working
on. The new owners are going to build four homes that will be
built over garages and additional living space since the property
has a upslope to the rear (YES WE CAN BUILD ON A
HILL).The plans are currently being reviewed by the city and
we expect to break ground early 2007.
Webster St., Fairfield CA
This project is an in-house development that we intend to build
affordable housing on. The property is on a main entrance to the
city. We are working with the city to determine the best use of
the property based on some concepts of multi-unit housing and
attached single family units. The picture is one of the renderings
being considered for the site. The homes that will be used here
are from Guerdon Homes.

Woodridge Dr., Hayward CA
This site was a challange in that it was a property that had dual
zoning and the owners wanted to build a home in the rear of
their commercial building. We spent a good deal of time
working with the city to do something that the owners were
unable to do with others for many years. The home will be
completed soon. This is a stock plan.
Midway Rd., Vacaville CA
This homeowner contacted us becuese she felt she was getting
the run around by both builders and the county. She wanted to
have a place for her daughter to stay on her 5 acre property, but
was unsure about what she needed to do and how to do it. We
are building a 1300sq. ft. guest house for them that uses the
existing well, but is getting its own septic system.
Blackhawk Rd., Danville CA
We met this homeowner at a show after they were researching
their options to provide a home for their parents, who are
currently living in Arizona. Both parties wanted to keep thier
privacy, but also knew that the assitance in future care was a
concern. We developed a "Handicap Friendly" home that will
be placed in the rear yard off the private lane.
Feather River Ct., Vacaville CA
After a few meetings with these homeowners and their parents
they were unsure about moving forward. We convinced them
to come to a show and see one of our homes and that was all
they needed. The parents quickly sold their home and we went
to work on designing the home that they wanted. The project
is under way and will be completed in February.
Galindo Dr., Dublin CA
We were getting our show home ready to ship out the day
after our show in Pleasanton and this fellow stopped by as he
was passing the fairgrounds to see the "little house". He wanted
a rental unit that could offset his building expenses and impove
his property value. While the property was large enough to
allow for a second unit, there was limited access to the rear.
So this two section, 600sq. ft. home will be craned into the
rear yard, right over the house. Permits have been pulled so
look for photos soon.

Miramonte Rd., Walnut Creek CA
This homeowner found out about us through a trade show
coordinator. She need a place for her aging parents to stay, but
be close enough so she could assit them now that they are
getting older. We submitted a plan for an attached 840sq.ft.
home that should be done before fall.

Dove Creek Trail, Vacaville CA
This couple has a son with disabilites and they wanted him
closer to them to aid in his care, but also provide a safe living
environment for someone without the earing potential that most
peole of good health have. The plan is for a 643sq.ft. home
that will be done over the next couple of months. The main
house is a Cape Cod design, so we built a miniture version that
will be placed to the right side of the main home.

Montgomery St, Oakland CA
This family is facing a situation that we see a lot of. The cost of
living within the area they work is higher than their income can
support. So the mother and daughter decided to place an
additional home on the property that the family owns. Who will
get the new house remains to be seen. We'll know soon
enough since the plans are almost complete and the building
will be there before you know it.
